[mapserver-users] Asking about cgi file executing error

hi everyone i'm trying to run a cgi file with python scripts with url below
*http: // localhost / cgi bin / test_pg.cgi? name = bah*
 but it gives me the following message* : the server  encounter an internal
error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete yours request*
 the cgi file in question contains python scripts whose beginning contains
a shebang line: *#!/usr/bin/python *
I don't know what the script doesn't work if someone can help me l'm on
window and l have the ms4w installation
