FW: [VisCom] Staff plan for OSGeo booth at FOSS4G (third serve)

I just put myself up on the staffing plan, as well as my two direct
reports. One reason I didn't do this earlier (besides being offline) is
that it's hard to commit to specific times right now. I have no idea
what my schedule is going to be like there, and I felt like I didn't
want to 'commit'. (also there's no way I'm going to be there at 7:30)
So I just sprinkled us at some random times. It might be nice to have a
section that just says 'I'll be there and I can help out, but I don't
necessarily know my timing'. Everyone's just going to be there, so some
people might just be fine with being assigned to times.
Also I felt Where 2.0 worked out just fine with few set times (or were
there times I wasn't aware of?) I just used it as a homebase, showed up
there when other things weren't going on.
