Hi,
sorry to be consistent (or is it insistent or persisent...). We need this
to be available in an editable open format, this does not need to be
discussed either. We will not be able to pay for 20 different languages
and adapt to recent changes every other day, this will not work.

He suggests instead we have him do the versions for each new

Maybe you can do that for what we identify is required at an international
level, yearly updated mega professional layout... but I need to have a
usable open template that can be filled with other language content at an
hours notice with no additional cost.
