[VisCom] OSGeo Presentation Template - Draft - Review and Comment by Tues 6/6

Sorry for the confusion.  I've edited the template and saved as OTP.  I 
also made a slightly smoother OSGeo graphic which I've attached as well. 
  If nothing else, you might want to replace the current OSGeo logo in 
Peter's template to make it look smoother and transparent.
