[Marketing] Marketing Budget Request

On behalf of the Marketing Committee, we request $5,000 as an  
operating budget for the remainder of 2007 fiscal year.  The use of  
these funds will be decided by the committee.  The approved motion  
for this request is documented in the minutes from our meeting  
earlier today.

For your reference, we expect to use this to help develop part of a  
Marketing & Communications Plan, which will likely continue with a  
2008 project of similar size.
