[Marketing] 2009 Budget

We're working on it, even just last night in our meeting.  We have a  
couple "projects" we are pricing out and will be populating the wiki  
page as it progresses:

By our next meeting, we should have this ironed out.  It's proving to  
be a great exercise for our committee.
