Dr Tuong Thuy Vu,
I'm delighted to hear that you intend to present the OSGeo-Live talk.
You will be in good company, as this presentation has been given
prominent by keynote speakers and also conference organisors.
Feel free to adjust the presentation to meet your local requirements, or
to ask questions of me as you see fit.
Sarah,
The key OSGeo conferences, such as FOSS4G, give copies of the OSGeo-Live
DVD (or sometimes a OSGeo-Live USB) to each delegate attending the
conference. This DVD contains 50 of the best geospatial open source
applications, pre-installed with sample data, a quickstart, and project
overview. You can see the documentation here: http://live.osgeo.org
It is also used by many of the Open Source workshop leaders who base
their workshops around the contents on the DVD.
Would you be interested in handing out OSGeo-Live DVDs at your
conference? It will cost you ~ $1 to $2 per delegate.
