Arnulf, I'm following the convention that we have been using for 
OSGeo-Live press releases (and FOSS4G 2009 press releases before that).

The advantage we found of using numbers instead of dates or titles in 
the press release, is that you can change both during the review cycle 
without needing to create a new URL.
