[Marketing] Exhibition pack for Italian Local Chapter

Great to hear about this Italian initiative.

For chapters that don't already have a marketing pack, we provide up to 
$US500 for non consumables.
Can you please confirm that you don't already have the items from the 
marketing pack.
Can you please put together a budget.

Marketing committee,
Assuming that the Italian chapter can answer above, I put forward the 
motion that we approve up to $US500 of their startup pack expenses, 
which will be refunded to them once they have sent through receipts.
