[Marketing] [Board] [OSGeo-Conf] Request for funding of OSGeo Live thumb drives.

[Jody Garnett]

Not needed to go past the board mailing list, part of having subcommittees
(and providing them with a budget) is to keep the board from trying to do
too much and be a bottleneck.
