[Marketing] sub brands

Following up on last weeks meeting "action: Jody to produce list of sub
brands for Pim".

The EOI ANNEX 2 has a "List of Current OSGeo sub-brands or online
properties" that is very long.

I have broken it down into three sections with examples:

There was one category of "website pages" which did not require branding. I
may pull that out explicitly if it is not clear.
