[Marketing] Style Guide

For future reference, are individual projects allowed to use "OSGeo" logos
on their own project specific items like T-shirts and mugs, etc?  Is this
written down somewhere?

I thought about doing up some GeoMoose shirts with "OSGeo" on the sleeve.
