[Marketing] draft response to shortlisted agencies

I have personalized each reply (using organization initials and colors so
you can see what to send). On close review (when personalizing each reply)
a couple of the responses impressed me more.

- I have pushed the response date back until the 20th, due to our delay in
requesting proposals.
- I added your name / marketing committee at the bottom of the letter

One batch of changes I have held back on is the use of "proposal" vs "some
more details". I am under the impression nwe are formally asking for
proposal at this time (including financials, technical and schedule) - and
the next step after this is contract negotiation.

If that is correct I recommend we tignten up the letter still further to
use the word "proposal" and have a solid deadline at the end of the month.
