[Marketing] Dead line document "Expression o interest"

The PDF document "Project Timelines and Delivery Dates" indicates Jan 27th
in the EOI timeline; this is the same date that appears on the website.

I expect that the date was pushed back and not updated in all the places.

We will add this question and answer to the website page.
