[Marketing] getting printed materials ready for boston

Okay ordering and keeping track of everything is proving a bit much for
email - starting a document we can fill in with prices here:

Luca I have shared edit permission with you on this document in case any
additional project information sheets arrive.

One amusing glitch is many local print shops will only print the American
"Letter" size (not A4). Please let me know how you would like to proceed on
that one? If we leave margins big enough
