[Marketing] Fwd: OSCON 2017 Nonprofit Exhibitor

We are a new marketing committee and you are doing something new.

Thoughts:

- If you want something official make an email motion and we can vote on it
- We can ask Sara is there is a local OSGeo chapter we can send marketing
collateral to
- Sara seems keen (and I can work with Boundless management so she is
available)
- I can bring it up at the next LocationTech steering committee meeting
(with respect to Thea's availability)

aside: OSGeo is a not-for-profit (as is the eclipse foundation)
