[Marketing] Oscon printing material update

Astrid are you available to go over what we have ready to print? Can we
rally the marketing committee around updating what content we have?

Aside: ordering power has taken up several hours and I am not sure how
successful it is going to be. Currently we are phoning into the conference
centre trying to get them to answer or return our call.
