[Marketing] FOSS4G-Europe 2017: OSGeoLive on USB stick

Jody, Fenoy,

To date printing costs of OSGeo-Live USBs have been typically been 
covered by the conference, and included in  conference costs.

Note that not all computers can boot from a USB. Apple Macs usually have 
problems - some don't have USB ports. So it is good to have alternative 
plans in place.
