[Marketing] Discussion about budget for exibition pack in 2018

Hello,

looks like tomorrow I will be able to join the meeting. Great -no 
workshop this week.

I would like to add a topic to the agenda or discuss it on the mailing 
list.

It is time to ask for budget for 2018 for the exibition pack. I prepared 
a page with a calculation. Please have alook. For some parts there is 
still a ? where we need the information about the costs.
