[Marketing] istSOS marketing material

Depends on our ambitions for 2018. If we want to take on doing projects
tshirts, stickers then we should do so - advantage is we can provide a more
consistent product and take on some effort for project steering committees.

If not Maxi has an alternate way to get this done.

So if we were going to do this we would want to put aside budget for 10+
projects. What is needed is a volunteer to take this on.
