[Marketing] github organization for printing materials

As part of importing component 3 materials I had a go at organizing the
folder structure, the key change was separating out

1) Original material used to generate PDFs

https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/tree/master/marketing/collateral/one-page-info

2) Ready to print PDFS

https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/tree/master/marketing/print -

The good news is this is easy to follow, and we are starting to get
translations. For https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/pull/90 we have tried to
set up the following folder structure:

- print/eu - for a4 and similar
- print/us - for letter
- print/de - for german

What do people think of this approach? My hope is that it would allow
people to quickly find and download a bunch of ready-to-use PDFs in
required language/format.
