[Marketing] review: component 1 branding and online style guide

The only suggestions I have are around providing background information
that would help our members understand what they are looking at (for things
like secondary colors, or sub brands, or distinct brands).

Secondary colors, making a note that these are available for use in
cartography and diagrams to provide a consistent look.

An example of the sub brand template use, to avoid things like this:
http://www.osgeo.org/sites/osgeo.org/files/osgeo_logo.png where alignment
is off.
