[Marketing] New Branding - how to use new branding collateral f.e.letterhead?

Hello,

I wanted to create a letter with the new OSGeo letterhead.

At github I found eps and indd files

I tried to use them with Libre Office without success.

Is there an  Libre Office template?
How is the planned way to use the
