[Marketing] New Branding - how to use new branding collateral f.e.letterhead?

We paid for the graphics design - and asked for community volunteers to
help make office and libra office templates. I have done so for slide
presentations but not for letterhead.

Once we have letterhead I would like to update our licenses to make use of
it (see the PDFs on this page https://www.osgeo.org/about/licenses/).
