[Marketing] osgeo letterhead templates pull request review needed

With a bit of encouragement from Vicky I have the following pull request
open for review:

Creating open office and word templates with our branding has been a
bottleneck on a few activities, I hope that by making these available and
sharing with our committees more of our organizations official documents
can be rebranded and uploaded to the website.

How do people feel about committees and local chapters making use of their
sub-brand with this style of template?
