[Marketing] osgeo letterhead templates pull request review needed

Hello Jody,

The open office template looks great. Sorry I couldn't help with this but
I'm not very good at these type of style tasks!

Speaking on behalf of the Irish Local Chapter - I think it would be very
suitable to take this style of template and adapt with our sub-brand
(essentially just changing the logo to the local chapter logo - with the
same style guidelines used).
