[Marketing] osgeo.org Improve service provider types

Hello Astrid!

I am not sure Project Type makes sense for service providers (they are used
for the "projects" drop down menu and match osgeo's traditional
breakdown). If you want to set up categories for service providers
"services" it would probably be a new thing rather than messing with
"project types" ?

As for service providers types - I think part of that was to just be clear
that individuals can/should list themselves here if they are available for
consulting work.

aside: The key thing I want to filter service providers on is individual
projects or technologies - it is possible of course (the link from project
page does it https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/?p=grass-gis ).

With respect to projects the new website follows a Level 1 / Level 2
breakdown illustrated by https://www.osgeo.org/choose-a-project/ (and
allows a project to be listed under multiple categories). This should
already cover a lot of the cases you describe :)

We do have some budget and I would love to see us gather up a list of these
requirements and set up a contract to get issues like this addressed.
