[Marketing] Upcoming events in France

Hi dear marketing comitee,

There is 2 upcoming open source events in France until the end of the year.

- Le Capitole du Libre (a regional FOSDEM-like) [1] - first time
- The Paris Open Source Summit [2] - third time

The OSGeo French chapter will be attending a booth at those event.
Unfortunately, with the latest FOSS4G-fr, our OSGEO goodies stock is dry.

Can you help us refill with flyers, postcards, stickers and such ?
