[Marketing] Introduction and joining the marketing committee

Hi all,

My name is Malena Libman and I would like to join the Marketing Committee.

I am a GIS Tech from Buenos Aires, Argentina currently working in SEGEMAR
(Geological National Institute) as an SDI specialist working on Metadata
and Feature Catalogs. I participate also in Geoinquiet at s Argentina (local
microchapter) and GeochicasOSM (all girls OSM and FOSS4G group). We are
currently organizing the 4th FOSS4G Argentina and SOTM Latam, among other
activities.

I am excited to see what I can contribute to OSGeo through this committee.
