The board has asked for budget requests to come in by Dec 30th?

Reviewing the 2019 budget there are several activities we did not get to,
... and I think we had more requests for USB sticks then we had planned for?

With this in mind I am going to suggest running something similar to the
2019 budget again, increasing the amount per regional conferences.

We have relatively few ongoing costs, mailchimp and so on ....
