[Marketing] suggestion to add orcid link to osgeo.org member page

Our theme is in git.osgeo.org as a private www_osgeo repository. Join the
system admin committee if you would like to work on fixes and enhancements
:)

The issue tracker for website theme enhancements is trac.osgeo.org (there
are some open issues
