[Marketing] USB Sticks with OSGeoLive for FOSS4G 2019

I think that is a good idea, I only ask that we somehow put content on them
ahead of the conference.  It is sad to see a bundle of folks making sticks
at the OSGeo booth when they could be talking to people (or enjoying the
event).
