[Marketing] OSGeo provider role

HI Jody, all

I finally got around to finishing my provider page as per the
add-a-service-provider page - I’d appreciate a review, or if we’re all
super busy happy to press publish.

How’s everyone going? apologies for disengaging a lot, it’s been a pretty
distracting summer/now...
