[Marketing] web style guide

So we paid for this thing: OSGeo web style guide

the website because ... difference between "distinct logo" vs "sub brand
logo".

How should we follow up on this?
- I could make the change since the original author has not responded
- technically I am not sure how to integrate static content with our
Wordpress website. The pull request has markdown (content makes use of lots
of html tags). Anyone have a suggestion?

In the future I suggest we do not pay out contracts until the work has been
accepted.
