[Marketing] osgeo symbol set

I found a co-worker using the osgeo symbol set ... which we have never
accepted.

The PR is here https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/pull/206

The acceptance is held up on:
- incorrect color mark for geoforall
- the "16 Foundation and Initiatives icons" do not match our branding guide
(I know it would be "fun" to have distinct marks for each but we are trying
to build our osgeo brand)

I suggest we accept this PR and open up additional tickets ....
