[Marketing] add Chairs as marketing list administrators

Hello,

at the moment the marketing list is administrated by ortelius

What do you think about adding our chairs Jody and Enock as 
administrators too?

I always get a mail from Keith Hale (Mailbox or Conference is full.)

Maybe then we could delete Keith Hale from the mailing list.
