[Marketing] add Chairs as marketing list administrators

Hello Marketing team,

Enock and me are now listed as Marketing list administrators. Jeffrey 
Johnson stepped back as list administrator.

Thanks to SAC for making the change.

If you have any wish concering marketing list, let us know.

At the moment we have 99 persons registered at the markting list.
