[Marketing] Call for volunteers for self hosted / workshop sessions during SotM Online 2020

Thanks, Astrid, SOTM main conference is 4/5 July but self-hosted session
starts from 3 to 6 July and are flexible to run, we decide when and how
long to run a session. Forwarding this mail to discuss. Introduction to
OSGeoLive added.
