[Marketing] motion: 2021 podcast promotional activity

Dear all,

In 2020, we supported 4 episodes [1, 2] of the MapScaping podcast [3]. In
2021 we could do this too.

Therefore I would like to make the motion:
    - Use $1000 from the 2021 budget to support MapScaping podcast campaign
for 4 episodes / projects

Looking for a 50% response by 20 April:
