[Marketing] End of 2022 marketing meeting on 25 November 2022

Hello all,

It has been a lot of away time for me since FOSS4G 2022 but happy to be
back.

It will be nice to meet this Friday as December and likely January might
not work for meetings.
One point from our in-person meeting this year is changing meeting day/time
to help fit better.
I hope this works and also many to-dos that need to be worked on.
