we missed to send a budget request for the OSGeo Budget 2023 yet.

2022 request (we did not spend any money in 2022)

- I reached out to some OSGeo projects about the podcast. Hope there 
will be some podcasts in 2023
- we need material for FOSS4Gs
- maybe we can meet in Prizren and could use some budget for this
