[Marketing] Service Provider Author role

I know you from the GeoServer project so let me provide a bit of context
for other folks on this list.

Peter works for AfriGIS and has been a great addition to the GeoServer
community in 2023, resulting in AfriGIS being listed on the project's
commercial
support page <https://geoserver.org/support/>.

Peter I need you to login to osgeo.org website using "peterafrigis" and
setup your profile page; only then can I provide you the role.
(We do not fetch roles form our LDAP service, they are managed in wordpress)
