[MetaCRS] IRC channel #metacrs

Folks,

I've taken the liberty to register IRC channel called #metacrs
and dedicate it to the MetaCRS project dicsussions.

As a registrar, I'm the channel operator, but if anyone would need to 
get the control over this channel, please don't hesitate to catch me.

MetaCRS Wiki has been updated as well:

BTW, in 2006 Markus registered #proj channel for PROJ.4 and
I've noticed that it's still up and running:
