Folks,

We seem to have agreement on what we want, and Howard Butler has indicated
it should work ok ... so lets move on it.

Motion: Frank will request one SVN instance for the MetaCRS project,
one Trac instance for each of CS-MAP, PROJ.4 and PROJ4JS from OSGeo SAC.

I will volunteer to do the setup which should help move the process through.
