Sorry, the motion is passed, I've referred it to SAC which passed a
supporting motion and it is now in front of the board which has two days
to object.

I see that Mike's vote was directly to me, instead of to the list and
I mistakenly replied just to him declaring the vote complete.

So, for the record, the motion was passed with support from all the PSC
members!
