[MetaCRS] Proj4js does not support '+' character in title/name

Yes we can certainly have a look at those issues, please file a ticket
on the Trac (http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/) so we don't lose track of
it. Even better is if you have a patch that fixes the issue, but that's
not required.
