[MetaCRS] gsb grids in Proj4js

Thanks for the reply, Richard. Again, forgive me for being ignorant about
the development process. Will your ticket be part of the official code? Do
you have any idea when it will be accepted? From the time being, we can
cope very well with a 7-parameter datum shifting, but being able to
incorporate the GSB will be definitively a very good point for very precise
applications.
