[MetaCRS] gsb grids in Proj4js

Didier,

Did you test to see if you have commit access for proj4js?  If you can 
commit your patches, I'll endeavour to clean up what's left and then we 
can put out a new point release.   I'm also working on a version to work 
with the Closure compiler (to be released as version 1.2) but it would 
be good to have the existing tickets fixed before that happens.
