... y encontré que cmake tiene un módulo para encontrar doxygen
https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.2/module/FindDoxygen.html
que es valido para cmake 3.2

Como pgRouting tambien tiene un fichero CMakeLists.txt para doxygen, quizas
este modulo cmake pudiera servirte. Dime que piensas y si te parece bien,
tambien lo utilizamos para MobilityDB.
