[Mobilitydb-dev] Motion: Invite Vicky Vergara to join MobilityDB PSC

Dear MobilityDB PSC,

I'd like to raise a motion to officially invite Vicky Vergara to join the
MobilityDB PSC [1].

She has been an active contributor to MobilityDB and in particular she was
instrumental in the acceptance of MobilityDB as an OSGeo project. Now, she
is working hard towards making MobilityDB multiplatform and for integrating
with PostGIS 3.
